No South American Country has an accent similar to Mexico. People are saying Central American accents are similar to Mexicans, I disagree with that also. Not all Central Americans have the same accent. And the only ones that sound similar to Mexicans are Guatemalans. Immigration officials in both the U.S and Mexico can identify who is from where by the way they speak. How ever, some central Americans (specially Guatemalans) use alot of Mexican slang.
