They are nice.

I have a C300 4Matic lease that's getting turned in this July. I actually have 3 cars, plus my G/F has one. SO time to downsize the fleet I guess.

I do like how easy it is to change the oil on this thing. You can do it all by popping the hood. No need to crawl under the car anymore. Yes...I do my own maintainance. These car's aren't anything fancy. The engineering fundamentals are no different than many other makes in terms of how the mechanics of the car work.

PS: I am not one paycheck away from bankruptcy

There sure are a lot of ignorant comments being tossed around in the automotive forum lately as to why/how a person is able to be driving a nice car.

I guess if it makes you feel better to think that people driving around in a Mercedes are one step away from bankruptcy, be my guest. Ignorance is bliss I suppose.
I can't tell how many foreclosures I've worked (I've done some remodeling and reselling) where the former owner is still in his leased Mercedes. Sorry, but it's happened so many times I really believe it's pretty typical.

And I know so many people who could buy any Merc with the money in their checking account who wouldn't even consider wasting that much money on a car. I would recommend following their example. Good luck with what Mom leaves you, probably a bunch of debt and a car lease.

my neighbor has a GL350 blutech I can't even begin to say what a pile of **** it is' with all of the problems from the EGR'S and the NOX sensors. all I know is if I had a buck for everytime it's been in the shop I could buy two of them over priced lawn ornaments. and some of the new MB'S look to much like a Hyundai inside not worth me spending my money on one. id'e buy and older one before a new one

A year later and you're still posting idiotic comments. Talk about a lack of progress in your life.
