Great car, but best ever? Hardly.

If you don't mind people looking at you like a self absorbed clown who is most likely one missed paycheck from bankruptcy, have at it.

In my experience, people with real money don't like to flaunt it.

I take a Rolls if I could afford it. Lexus is more reliable but then so are many Japanese cars.

In my experience the Lexus/Toyota reliability is pretty much on par with it's competitors.

My Father had an 07' es350. I was driving it for a few months after he passed away and I was unimpressed by it. My Mercedes and BMW were much nicer driving cars. I thought the 05' 4runner we Just traded in for a new 4runner was nicer then the Lexus. The new' 4runner is very nice. I'm enjoying driving that very much.

My cousin has an 05' LS450 that I thought blew my Fathers 07' es350 away. So it depends on what model Lexus.

To date all the above mentioned cars have been very reliable.

I'll tell my mother you said she's a self absorbed clown who will probably have to file for bankruptcy soon.

There sure are a lot of ignorant comments being tossed around in the automotive forum lately as to why/how a person is able to be driving a nice car.

I guess if it makes you feel better to think that people driving around in a Mercedes are one step away from bankruptcy, be my guest. Ignorance is bliss I suppose.
