AC was lost years ago. You're going to need the larger cap companies like Johnson & Johnson, ADP, American Standard, Merck, Panasonic, Campbell Soup, Honeywell, Prudential, etc. to move out of NJ before suggesting that it's going to end up like Long Island.
Pfizer left. That compound in Parsippany has gone mostly unoccupied for nearly 10 years. I know a couple of people who worked for them that never recovered when they pulled out of the region.
