I'll be in Maui for the United States' World Cup game vs. Algeria on Wednesday June 23. The game comes on at 4AM Hawaii time. Is there anywhere in Maui to watch it that early? Can they server alcohol that early in the morning (would love some Mimosas!)?

Thanks!

Searching for somewhere near Lahania (or anywhere on Maui!) as well. Mulligan's on the Blue has some World Cup watch references on their site, but nothing specifically regarding the U.S. matches. Gonna call tomorrow and will post as well.

Cheers,
Kov

Spoke with someone at Mulligan's. They were opening at 8:00 AM thinking the US game was the late start time. I'm to call back in a few hours once the general manager gets in (who is the soccer fan in the place), and see if they'll go for an early opening (4:00 AM locally).

Sound off if you plan to go, so I can give him a count of how many will support the establishment!

Last place to check would be the "Dog and Duck" pub in Kihei. They showed the last U.S. game and even ran an ad in the paper saying they would be showing games.

The only place to watch all the wold cup 2014 games in Maui is Bridget and Bernard garden cafe in kahului. Bernard opens up at 6 am for the first game and has breakfast specials. German and swiss expat owners but he watches all the games. Great food ...I'm usually there. Cause I work right next door... USA last week was great fun. See u there.
