Honestly, we cannot even logically conclude that all scientific and technological advancements have been for good. One could argue that it has been good for us humans (although I am not 100% sure) but the overall impact to the earth and its biodiversity is negative.
Tik-tok is most definitely not art but if there are millions of sheep willing to bring in all those sweet ad dollars then more power to those picketing the said dollars.

That's what happens when union goons have construction industry in a chokehold and anyone who doesn't hire a whole army of them for any sort of construction project ends up having bad things happen to them.

I never said they couldn't make money. I fully support them making as much as they can using the tools available to them.

But i'm perfectly entitled to have my opinion about the methods they use to make money, just like they are perfectly entitled to tell me to go pound sand.

I didn't notice the name and looked up CSO Moderna. He's the CSO at a division called Moderna Genomics. There are many CSO's at a company like Moderna.

In any case, she has a BS in Chemistry and Biology from William and Mary and a PhD in Biological Chemistry. She probably hasn't been doing research on a lab bench in years. She's in management for the most part.

The salary is good but the money is in the stock options.

Huh, apparently MassHousing has a Down Payment assistance program where they will loan out up to 30 grand at 15 years for 2% for eligible people. I guess they like lighting money on fire.

In the case I saw, it was a condo in Westborough that went for 275k. The normal mortgage was 261k and the second MassHousing loan was 27k. Yes that's 105%.
