We have found a house that we really like in Wilmington, however, we've heard some stories about a superfund site in Wilmington, and a cancer cluster. With a 2 year old, and another child on the way, we want to make sure we don't endanger our children.

Also - How are the schools in Wilmington? We aren't necessarily looking for #1 award winning schools, but want to make sure the school has committed teachers and that our children will get a good education. We've also been looking at North Andover as well as Chelmsford. Are they comparable?

Any additional insight into living into Wilmington would be great. Thanks!

Don't shop houses, shop towns.

Find the town you really like first, then find a house in that town.
