I know...doesn't bother me either. I bet some neighbor once complained about all those ugly windmills in the Netherlands. It's funny what one can get used to.
Misina - you say you "enjoy" looking at them, but do you have to "listen" to them day and night? Some say when the sun comes up to the level of the blades - or when it goes down in the afternoon - it is like a constant strobe light in there homes.
Even without the noise, those windmills are eyesores.
What I don't understand, is that tourism is a big part of Vinylhaven's economy.
Why would Vinylhaven want to hurt their tourism industry with noisy and ugly windmills?
But I would. I think they are neat to watch, don't mind the sound (I have lived most of my life within a block of a railroad tracks and trains have to be much more disturbing) and would put one up myself if I could afford it!
