If I only had 2 days I'd spend every moment of it in Acadia with friends! Never a more beautiful place created on earth!

I agree with you Elcarim on Acadia. It's absolutely incredible. Every time I go, I find something else that I haven't seen before.

About the only time I'd leave the park would be to stuff myself silly with lobster, morning, noon, and night. You haven't lived until you've had a lobster omelet for breakfast, with GOOD homefries.

I've avoided this thread just because I thought that if I spent a little time thinking about it I'd be able to come up with some fantastic answer......

I did. Two days in Maine will never be enough.....I've been here all of my 42 years, and my list of places to go and things to do grows every year.

You know what's good is eggs benedict with lobster hollandaise sauce. My favorite Sunday morning breakfast.

I'd kidnap the Eastportians from City Data and rent the Sylvania Beal for a day.. then just walk around town aimlessly meeting and greeting everyone...oh wait you said Bangor Guess I'm no help at all! Welcome to the Maine forums!
