yes, customer service, phone sales and what I applied for...l tech support... high turnover as one would expect and very young "workforce" apparently... but I expect that from the location and the type of work.
Would not be something for long term, but would pay bills while one looked farther...

This scares me. I am ready to move to Maine too but the job market there is tough. I am willing to go to a customer service job (I am currently in insurance, senior level UWing). I havent started to look yet as my NJ home is just for sale now, but per this post I guess I better get started!

different jobs in Maine! I am willing to cut my current salary in half just to get there BUT to date have only received 2 responses! HELP! I'm in a catch 22 - can't move to Maine without a job AND can't seem to get a job unless I already live there! I even applied at Irving Oil Company AND no luck!
