DH and I went to 8:00 Mass then 11:30 brunch with a girlfriend and her DH (so sad...her DH has frontal lobe basal dementia with a prognosis of 5 yrs) then we went to the mall to get shower curtain hooks for the clawfoot bathtub. Wow!! I had to special order a extra large shower curtain and it requires 36 shower hooks. The shower curtain was delivered to the cottage in Eastport...the hooks were a different order to be delivered here in Florida because Pat would be out of town... well the hooks did not arrive yesterday with my own personal tool set..ayup you read it right...my own personal tool set!!! minus the power screwdriver. DH will put up the shades and curtain rods for me but he will only be around for 12 days. SOOOOOOO I will be prepared.

Tonight, at 6:00pm we are going to dinner at another friends house...they want to see us before we leave for Maine. We are saying our good byes this weekend except for my son...we plan to have dinner together on Tuesday evening...if all goes as we hope we hope to leave on Wedneday morning instead of Thursday.

DH and I will let you know our definite departure. Blessings to Everyone

Time does fly as we are on the way to Eastport on Thursday, at the latest! It is a special time when our children graduate! It is the first long range goal they have achieved.
I second DH's thoughts.
