I know someone in my area that wasn't allowed to build any buildings on the land they owend because of the size of the lot or something like that, but they were allowed to put an addition onto the house. They got around it buy building the building where they wanted to and just building a walkway with a roof over it from the house to the building. It then was attached to the home and was considered a part of the house..an addition.

It flows down hill. Very few waterfront homes have municipal sewer lines. Those that do have pump up systems.
