Abby, I'm sorry that happened to your thread. I wish I could take you back to the forum we had over the summer. It was upbeat, and informative and fun. It really struck a cord with me when you said that so much of what you'd read lately has been negative. It never used to be that way. I appreciate your attempt to create that again. I hope you'll stay and not become discouraged! We have gone this round before, and eventually it seems to turn around, but it takes all of us posting positively and frequently before it happens.
Abby...sorry too about your thread. I haven't signed on in awhile. Read the thread today. It is unfortunate that it happens. The ya ya's are here to give you encouragement and support.
Thank You so much!! I just got off the phone with my Daughter, (she's the baby at 26). She is doing well and is very happy!! The ladies from church have all signed up to make dinner for her family for the next 2 weeks, shop for her and take "our" oldest, Jacob, to kindergarten and home. I feel really blessed right now.
Kudos for the ladies of the church (ours too) for all the meals they prepare for outreach. It is a wonderful ministry to be a part of too and you don't realize the impact until you are on the receiving end.
