Eh, not so much. Most normal people celebrate New Year's in some sort of public venue with 30, 40, 50 or more people. I know, I know: hermits don't do this. But, most Americans do. A modest sized bar or restaurant can be expected to have 30, 40, 50 or more people present for NYE. Fauci wants vaccinated Americans to know they aren't safe in this otherwise very traditional setting.

But remember how thousands of BLM protesters were able to congregate in summer of 2020 without spreading a single Covid case well before the vaccines were approved? And how the mayor wholeheartedly endorsed the protests? But still insisted that gatherings and businesses were the problem. Here’s the only solution to the virus:

Since there will always be variants and break through cases, let’s just put every law abiding person in solidarity confinement in government cells for the rest of their lives with food and internet to work from home. Even break up married couples and families with minors under 18 allowed to stay with one parent. Once they turn 18, they will go into their own solitary confinement cell. Single people will be allowed to date through zoom but never meet anyone in person again: all sex will be “virtual”. Only allow rioters and looters to roam freely. That will surely end Covid.

My point remains: By telling fully vaccinated people they are not safe to celebrate the New Year in entirely typical, traditional settings, Fauci wages by far the most effective anti-vaccination campaign of all. His perverse desire to keep everyone maximally terrified at all times is at odds with his desire to increase vaccinations. The anti-vaxx crowd, stupid as they are, simply shakes their head in disbelief and laughs hysterically at how stupid Fauci's approach is. The whole thing is one gigantic clown show.

You are spreading dangerous misinformation here. Fully vaccinated people ARE SAFE...from severe illness or death. Which is the whole point. They aren't safe from potentially testing positive for SARS-CoV-2. If it really was true that fully vaccinated people are not safe, then we'd have to immediately declare the vaccines a failure, effectively rendering any mandates (not to mention shaming and ostracizing) totally pointless and immoral. But, it's not true. It's just a wet dream for neurotics and aspiring social revolutionaries. And it's time to shine the light on those folks, and make them announce their true intentions.
