As he said in the clip, handouts from passersby. (And I believe it.)

Same can be said of most people anywhere. And damn sure about the POTUS. and yet, there he is adored by ⅓ of the electorate, and grudgingly accepted by another 10%.

Some homeless have Social Security. Some SSI. Some SSDI. Some have VA benefit checks. Some others have other monthly pension checks. Some are working (yes, some drug addicts work and earn). But none receive enough pay or pensions to pay rent and still have food, medications, etc. ... And, of course, a lot of addicts panhandle and or steal.

What do you mean? $5 a pop meth-heads don’t last long. Ever. And $63 a month of cash from discounted food stamp cards buys at best 12 hits. Won’t get ‘em through a week.

Then that's probably the govt money he was talking about. My taxes are paying for his cocaine

Point is you can buy drugs cheaply, and cash garnered from whatever source can make it happen, including the source you mentioned.

Yes. It’s a sad cycle of addiction / death / new addicts / death ... rinse and repeat.

Cheap drugs? Drugs aren’t really cheap. Especially when one’s use accelerates. Cheap hits don’t last and they add up quickly in the drive to never come down.

Your taxes pay for his cocaine? Yeah, some for some users. I know a guy who supported a heroine habit for well over a decade - working steady as a house painter, and never took any government assistance and never stole a dime. There are all kinds of stories out there. And a LOT of working drug addicts you’d never guess.

There isn’t any question to answer about cheap drugs being readily available.

There is question about the intent of certain posts, however.

You definition of feeding a drug habit on $63 a month is, well ...

Isn't it funny how liberals seem to be experts on illegal drugs?
