Westfield hasn't realesed the tenant lineup just yet, but I can tell you some tenants that will be opening in the Village. You are right about M Fredric, Larson Steakhouse, Yogaworks, Kitson, and Tory Burch. Other tenants include ConFexion cupcakes, Sur La Table, Charles Schwab, Burke Williams Spa, Wokcano, REI, Tender Green's, Jimmy's Famous American Tavern, 24 hour fitness, and EMC. Hope this helps, there will also be 60 other stores to look forward to including a gourmet grocery store.

I would expect Forever 21 to have a store there. They seem to be the dominant retailer in fast fashion for female teens at the moment.

This sounds like it will be interesting I've been hearing about this project for years , development seems especially slow in LA.

I'm noticing a bit less of an anti valley attitude in some of the LA blogs .

A number of restaraunts and bars have opened on Ventura blvd mostly in studio city and Sherman oaks last year ... And most aren't the chains that non valley people think about.

I'd like to see this help the rest of the area too in terms of food and entertainment. There has definately been a lack of quality restaraunts in the woodland hills and surrounding area . Hopefully this development serves as a catalyst . I'd like to see some places open up on Sherman way in canoga park . It's definately a neglected area right now . It's a walkable area which is pretty rare for a lot of the valley .Problem is people that frequent the mall are scared go to canoga park even though the mall is actually in canoga park!

I think if someone opened something hip there it could take off . A gastropub with craft beers or something like that .

Their range expands more than just female teens, bro. One of the reasons why they continue to grow.

It's so funny because I remember them when they were a new company with very few stores (less than 10). It's amazing how quickly they've grown.

What is EMC?

I also heard about IL Fornaio opening in the village.

What grocery store chain is slated for westfield topanga village?

I hope Sur La Table is for sure.
