Once again, the illegals have invaded Port Jefferson Station along with the homeless dirtbags and criminals that are at Pax Christi. It seems that all the illegals congregate at train stations. Why is that?

Thanks for all of your opinions on this area. I'm going to be relocating to PJS pretty soon but haven't signed a lease yet. I'm looking at the area where Bicycle Path intersects Old Town, all around that area. Can anyone tell me, is this a moderately safe place for a single working female to live?
PS I won't be working there, I'll be working near Deer Park. Helluva commute.
^ It should be fine. Some of the homeless will walk through this area and this area seems to have a lot of breakins. But im not sure if youll be unsafe.
Yeah, it should be alright. Most of the hispanic people live by the train tracks and the Norwood rd area while most of the african-americans live more by the school and by the PJS/Selden border. I'm not being disrespectful its just how it is.
I live here, its definitley changing to a more hispanic population. Theres latin kings graffiti behind stores and fights daily.
