I hope things pick up with the new stim package being written into law- wouldn't that be great for everyone? Afterall, look at the gas prices now- maybe we can be hopeful!
Where is McNulty's office? When I think of West Hempstead Realtors, Mc Nulty does not come to mind.
With West Hempstead's changing demographics you might want to consider someone who has more pull among the Orthodox Jewish population or Hispanic population.

Any house will sell if it's priced low enough. Give me a 4 bedroom colonial in Garden City School District for 300K and I'll buy it RIGHT NOW, and I can qualify for that amount easily.
See, it isn't that hard.
Some people are still expecting to get what their neighbors did in 2006 .....forget 2006, it's gone. I bought then, trust me....I know.
If I were looking from out of state, I wouldn't touch anything with the name Hempstead attached. It's a bad brand.
How would out-of-state people know enough about Hempstead (Village) to reject anything with the name Hempstead? Is it infamous everywhere or something?
