I love how they make these high salaries & raises and just pass it along to the commuters.
I stop taking the LIRR just over 10 years ago (THANK GOD!) I was paying $260 per month From Ronkokoma to Penn.

I just checked, a monthly Ronkokoma to Penn is now $405 ($19.75 one way, peak)
PLUS $121 for a monthly subway ticket

$405 per month and have to STAND most of the way.
But, as one LIRR employee told me “Well, then pay $40 per day to park”
