Why President Trump Will Likely Be Reelected, And What It Means For Global Security

Donald Trump’s presidency has been so widely derided in the national media that a casual observer might easily conclude his prospects for reelection are dim. However, that is not what the odds makers are saying. They give Trump a solid edge over any Democratic candidate in 2020....

...He wants to stop subsidizing the security of nations that are not paying their fair share, and focus more on looking out for America’s economy the same way every other nation does....

Well if we listened to the naysayers the sky would have fallen on us the day Trump took office.

No matter how bad the Democrats and their media tell us Trump is there are many that just don't believe it.

Trump is right of course. Why should we subsidize other countries when they are not living up to their end of a deal and paying their share? Why should the US taxpayers be on the hook or worse we add to our debt in trying to buy their aliegence?

I remember when Hillary was the SOS and she was so proud that we cut aide to Pakistan by 1/3. The 1/3 was $800 million dollars. Why were we giving Pakistan Billions in the first place. We cannot buy their friendship.

Trump does have a good chance to win again in 2020 and it has to do with his MAGA pledge. What are the Democrats pledging? MAMA ? Make America Mexico Again ?

LOL. Trump's approval rating is below 50% in 33 states. Can't win the Electoral College that way.

Didn't you get the memo? The media is "fake," "lying," and tells us what to think. So his approval rating is really 90%.

They don't care. They will keep parroting it ad infinitum as long as they keep saying "Orange Man Bad". Doesn't matter they are wrong time after time.

Then they will cry again in November 2020, check in to psych wards, and use pill & booze to excess.

Well actually he can, think about it, if only 10% of those who disapprove of him vote compared to 90% of those who approve of him, then he wins again. The only way he won't win is if you get enough of those who disapprove of him off their butts and vote, if that doesn't happen, hello second term!

Turnout will definitely be key. But if the record-breaking turnout in the 2018 midterms is any indication, it will be high in 2020 as well. And that does not bode well for Trump.

Trump will be reelected unless the democrats run a successful businessperson (outside of the political establishment) as their candidate. That candidate would then have to run on a platform of focusing on the middle class, the average working American, and fixing the student loan crisis. The democrats current obsession with focusing and fixating on identity politics will mean Trump gets reelected.

There are also a lot of closet Trump supporters out there right now. They won't talk about it with their friends or even tell someone about it who is conducting a poll, but they will go out and vote for him again. They like the way their 401Ks look and they are tired of identity politics.

That line of crap about turnout is meaningless until the democrats have a nominee. The turnout will not be the same for Bernie Sanders as it would be for Joe Biden or Amy Club-a-staffer or Spartacus etc....
