Besides the Rats, TS and Zebra anybody remember Broken Arrow, Stanton Anderson, Vixen, Samantha...?
Stanton Anderson is still around. The drummer is an aquaintance of ours. They still rock.

Anyone remember the Village of Roslyn on Wednesday (I think) nights? Wall to wall people... streets closed off, a drinking age of 18, and licenses that were easy to alter?

Ahhh, doing the old pub crawl in Huntington.

How about Sparks (Sparxx?). We played that dive several times and you never knew who you might meet.

That British guy...Ritchie Blackmore lived down the street, would hang out there and jam with the bands.

Now he plays a lute in some rainfere band now, dresses like Peter Pan. His cheese finally sled of his cracker when he met some chick Candace.

The clubs fate was sealed the day Gov Mario Coumo signed the carding age to 21. Speaks, MFP, Blackbierds, Detroit, Grand Casino, Rockaways went down fast.
