I feel a little dumb for asking this but I rarely use taxis and wanted to be sure. I have to catch the 4:06am train from Ronkonkoma to Jamaica on to the Airtrain in a few days. I live about 10 minutes from the train station. What time should I call for a taxi to pick me up at my home?

I was thinking 3:30am would be a good time to be picked up, it would give me time to buy my ticket, maybe grab something to eat while waiting for the train.

If I call for a taxi around 3am, is that enough notice? Should I call even earlier than that? Thanks in advance...

Village Taxi maintains a dispatch office at the station in the building on the north side where the ticket office is. Should never be a problem getting a cab from them.

Always cabs most time from Village Taxi since their dispatch is from RR station.
