As you can see (for me in Fleetwood, PA), putting 4 antennas up with 1 toward Roxborough, PA; 1 toward Mountain Top, PA; 1 toward Allentown, PA; and 1 toward Waterford, NJ would get me the best channel selection; for you I'd also try pointing 1 toward New York City (to try to get NY channels from the transmitter on the Empire State Building). The plan is to move the antennas from the Empire State Building to the World Trade Center, and to give them more power.

We are both about 42 miles from the Roxborough antenna farm, but I have two intervening hills (about 1000' apiece). One is South Mountain with Lehigh University and the other is Flint Hill outside of Coopersburg.

By my calculations a 200' tower would make absolutely no difference at all.
