I just moved to vegas recently and I'm looking for a good pizza place that delivers. I've tried Pizza My Dear, Joe's NY style pizza, and Big Mammas and Papas pizza. The last two I was pretty disappointed with and the first place doesn't deliver to our area (ordered the first time from a hotel). Pizza My Dear was the best value so far ($18 for a large pepperoni and breadsticks) and the other two seemed a bit overpriced. The Joe's pizza place was ridiculously greasy and the box ruined one of my shirts because it was dripping grease on me as I walked from the door to my kitchen. I don't want to have to resort to Costco pizza, but that's better than the place I've tried so far (which is sad). Anybody know a good place near UNLV? I live a few blocks east of there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I like Metro Pizza . Their Pizza is made in a brick oven and is pretty good Ny style. They have been around here forever and the owners are originally from NY. There is a Metro Pizza On Trop and Maryland Pkwy Next to Macayo Vegas.

Looking at the metro pizza website now. It doesn't appear that they deliver. Can anyone verify if they do or not? Also it looks a little spendy, but if it's good I'll try it out. Thanks for the response.

Go to this place:

Cugino's Italian Deli - Las Vegas, NV

I can vouch for them that the pizza is excellent. Just make sure to order the Sicilian style pizza. A large goes for $16.99

Metro is also good. I have eaten there once. However, they do not deliver.

Grimaldi's on south Eastern has, by far, the best NY pizza I've had in Vegas (or anywhere outside New York, for that matter).

Unfortunately, it's well out of range for you, and doesn't deliver either.

Settebello's Pizza on Green Valley (just off the 215, next to Cheesecake Factory). Awesome authentic pizza for cheap, but I don't know if they deliver.

My vote for best pizza goes to Ciao Ciao on Durango, just north of Flamingo. The BBQ Chicken pizza is outstanding. Prices are a bit high.

For delivery there is no better than Pizza Hut IMO, and I'm pretty particular about pizza. Pizza Huts are everywhere. Grimaldi's is probably the best in town for going out or picking up yourself, but you're kind of far away from either location. If there is a Northside Nathan's Detroit Pizza near you, they are both excellent and they deliver ...I think.

For franchises, I agree Pizza Hut is the best. Are they offering there the $10 for a medium any number of toppings?
