Can anyone tell me if there are any Japanese grocery stores in Las Vegas? I'm not interested in Ranch 99 stores since they carry mostly Chinese and very, very little authentic Japanese. What I'm hoping for are markets like Nijiya Market or Mitsuwa Market in Bay Area. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this information. I've been googling for a while, but came up empty searching for Japanese market or Japanese grocery Las Vegas. It looks like the place also carry Japanese videos - yeah!! Again, thanks and I will check it out when I'm in Las Vegas looking around the area.

I saw some tea but I didn't really look to see what kind or price. Plus I can't read Japanese. I was really considering taking pics on my camera and sending them to my mom to translate. I thought the prices there were quite reasonable, about the same that I was paying back in Ohio.
The store is really worth checking out. Lots of goodies to be had. And if you live on the westside of the Valley it's not to far away. I plan on going at least once a month to restock.

You should check out "Seafood City" near the Boulevard Mall. They just had a grand opening last week. The local japanese community came out in droves.

I can't find any information on that store, Chest. Could you narrow down the location a bit more or is there a website? It sounds great.

If it's the same chain as the one in socal, I think they cater to Filipino food shoppers.

Thanks.

Ok, I just found some information on it. Yeah, it's the same chain that emphasizes Philipino food.
