it could be worse, they could terminate you which they have the right up to 90 days.. so i'd still jump if they call! It doesn't help that the reviews of Aria are terrible across the board!

They can terminate you any time they want. The 90 days is just when your health care & other benefits go into effect. These guys don’t get any of it now, despite their full time status.
I honestly think they should picket the damn place. Seriously.
As far as the reviews of City Center, the place does in fact suck. It’s worse than hanging out in an airport. I won’t be going back.

so what is the 90 day probationairy period that states that you can be terminated at anytime for any reason.. or does mirage use what some of the car dealers use in town.. terminate anytime without reason period.

Nevada is an "at-will" state. Meaning that you can be fired with or without cause (except for descrimination)
90 days doesn't mean anything unless the company has it's own policy in place. They are not required by law to do so.
