I am returning to Vegas again and as I've found in the past, they change quite frequently. Whats the best bang for the buck these days?

"Best buffet" and "best bang for your buck" could mean two different things to do a lot of people. The most expensive buffets - including Wynn, Bellagio and Caesars - are excellent, but you'll pay extra for that excellence.

Many of the buffets just below the first tier are perfectly fine. I would put Paris at the head of this list, but I haven't eaten at Mandalay Bay, the Mirage or Planet Hollywood, all of which have their supporters.

A couple to avoid at all costs, in my opinion: Sahara and Riviera.

Best top end buffest are Bellagio, Wynn, and Planet Hollywood. Bellagio is simply the best IMO, but not the best value due to it's high price. Also I've found that plain eating people like PH much more than Bellagio, regardless of cost. PH is ~$26 for dinner, Bellagio and Wynn are >$35.

For stuff on the low end, I like Orleans and Main Street Station. Those are around $11 for dinner unless its a seafood or steak night. I've also found you cannot go too wrong with the Station Casinos.

I did notice all you can eat tacos and bottomless margaritas for 9.99 at Rampart. Has anyone tried it?
Thursdays from 17:00-21:00.

The M Resort Casino has a good deal for what you get. You get all you can drink beer and wine for $20 ( dinner buffet ) which is pretty darn good. In my opinion it is the best value.

Agree with The M resort........I have been there a few times. Food and service is top notch. The comps for that casino are also the best I have ever seen. I am a 25 cent keno player and they sent me a $175 food comp for every week in June.

The Seafood Buffet at Rio Rio was pretty amazing. I think it was $35. All you can eat crab legs (wonderful!), lobster, fish from every region, sushi, sashimi, et cetera.

#1 Spice Market

#2 Buffet at the Wynn

Everything else pales in comparison!
