Fiesta Rancho Festival Buffet (two locations). Lunch is $5.99 from Monday to Satuday, and Dinner is $7.99, 7 days a week. Drink is free and included. Amazing price (except for Sunday)... Boarding pass is free and never expires (apply online and pick up at the front desk).

Last time I visited the Henderson location for $5.99 lunch, they had craw-fish (yep) in the Asian section. I saw one customer having 5 big plates of all craw-fish. Lunch price used to be $4.99 with free drinks before October 2010. Dinner price has not changed.
Henderson location tastes and cooks better than the Las Vegas location. I've been to both multiple times already. Food quality is comparable to Excalibur without the high prices. You will love this place.

We went to the buffet at The Orleans last night and thought it was very good at $13.99. They had different ethnic stations including seafood with Crawfish. Also sliced NY Steak.
What even made it better is that after dinner we won some cash there

I call Fiesta Rancho "Fiesta Ghetto". I lived in LV for 4 months in 2004, the first couple of months off Carey and MLK.
