Anyone been lately? Worth the money?

I can't find any coupons for this, do they ever offer discounts?

Was there last month, Its decent quality, but on the high price end.
I was there with a seven star member so we didn't wait long for a table
But the line was long there.

I'm not sure what the price currently is but a few weeks ago we made the trip to the M's seafood buffet on Friday evening. I've felt the M is better quality. The crab leg lovers amongst us said they were great and I can attest to the other things being excellent. If I remember correctly, the price was about $23.95, including beverage and we had a really long wait because we didn't get there until close to 6:30. We were lined up about an hour and a half but we passed the time by talking to others around us who all turned out to be locals like us from Summerlin who say they patronize it often.

I like it for the crab and lobster tails (lobster's are tiny, but they're in a good sauce and it's all you can eat). You can get a huge discount if you go to one of those 1/2 off show ticket booths. There's one in the Fashion Show Mall. I forgot the price, but I think it was between 25-50% off if you go Mon-Thurs. The Wynn has my favorite buffet though. Rio Seafood is my second. However, I've heard great things about M's buffet.

They have the Rio seafood buffet and Rio's world buffet. Since we don't care for seafood, we went to the World buffet and liked it. They also have seafood in there. I think the separate seafood buffet is higher than the world one. Locals get a nice discount when you show your ID and your Rio card. It's good monday-friday.

I have not been to the Rio seafood buffet but I wanted to add my opinion on the "M" seafood buffet. My wife and I went to the "M" buffet because everyone we talked to said it was great. Maybe we went on a bad night but my wife and I were very disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad night but for me and my wife there will not be a second visit to the "M" seafood buffet.

We used to go to the Rio seafood buffet two or three times a year. The last couple of times, the quality seemed to have dropped somewhat, not much, but considering the price, enough that we haven't been back for a number of years.

Locals can also bring one out of town guest each and they get the discount as well.
