Excalibur is to be avoided at all costs. no wonder they have 2 for one buffets. You get sick b4 you even get up to leave.

I guess I'll admit that the Wynn and some others are a little better, but my favorite buffet, and my vote for "best value" as well, is the Main Street Station.
I like to tell people that the first time I was there I looked at the food selection, and then looked at the "price board," and then wept (for joy) openly, without shame.....

After 12 years of research, 3-4 times a year, with some repeats a year -- my favorite buffets are as follows in order of preferance:Cream of the Crop, either lunch or dinner: Really good, but not Fantastic :Slightly Mediocre, but edible: STAY AWAY from:

Caesar's discontinued their buffet years ago, but I do believe they have a mini-buffet at Cafe Lago, with only about 2 stations I believe, I'm not sure if that mini-buffet is even open anymore, but they also have the Cypress Street Marketplace which is more a food court/cafeteria...
