the area is pretty much good till you get to the northern part of the zip code...my sister stayed at the Diamond Sands apartments, and every week the gates would get slammed into the side by people trying to get in, otherwise, it was a nice complex...I now live on the South Strip near Pebble and LVBS and it is a nice area, I like how it is convenient to lots of fast food and stores at the mall or on Blue Diamond and the new Town Square should open soon...Also, the South Point is a very nice casino and my parents work in a call center down the street and Warm Springs and Dean Martin...I also like that the CVS is 24 hours and there is a bus route...my neighborhood is directly in between I-15, Loft 5 (under construction), 2 weekly motels, Vegas Pointe Plaza, and a large dirt lot owned by the government, and it is very quiet...LVBS should be widened soon, so there should be less traffic and Silverado Ranch's ramps are going to be completed soon...
