I posted a place in Henderson to get your feed back on it a little bit ago, while I'd like to get your feed back one more time, I'm torn between the house in Henderson and one in Silverado. So I thought I'd just get your guys input on which one is better overall.

HENDERSON

SILVERADO

I checked out the Crimeview webstie, but from what I hear its not very realiable and what not.

Personally out of those two areas I would choose the Silverado one. I think the area is better and you have access to more stores, restaurants, etc. Plus you have easy freeway access if you need it. If schools are an issue I think both have about the same to offer, I don't think there's much difference between Silverado High School and Basic High School...?

The Henderson house looks like it is zoned for Basic H.S. older school but a good school. I have friends who live off Racetrack nice area.

The Silverado house is not zoned for Silverado H.S., but zoned for Liberty H.S.
I also know kids who go there don't like it, we were a block from being rezoned to Liberty from Silverado and my son didn't want to go there. The school has some kind of Latin program they are implementing and Latin is some how involved in every class, math, science english etc.

Henderson area lots of new development new streets etc. I drive by there every day to take my daughter to school at Steve Schorr Elem. School (new),
it seems to be good.

Both areas are actually nice areas, so I would go with the house you like best.

I agree. Silverado. Built up with full services. Liberty is a little better than Basic. Silverado would be a substantially better high school. Grade and Middle schools are wash.

They are not. Both have properties ranging from mobile homes to Mansions.

On a direct comparison of homes with identical characteristics I believe Summerlin is slightly more expensive than Henderson (Actually Green Valley)

Not sure about the Racetrack house, but the house in Silverado is very close to a nice park with a dog area.
