It's within the historical trend for LV before the crash. I agree 6 mths is normal for everywhere else.

I don’t think a bust is coming. The property was only owned for a year so when it’s all said and done, it would be a significant loss.

If i got $100K higher than purchase price, I would pocket about $50K after real estate and other fees, plus taxes on profit.
