The rule is that downers could not be slaughtered for human consumption. The slaughterhouse was torturing the cows so they would walk into the slaughter box. The call then is that these cattle were downers and therefore contaminated the meat.

Alright Blu ray won the dvd battle I knew they would. I bought the 80gb ps3 and I have around 12 blu movies. They are better in everyway over the hd movie brand.
