I love the heat but anything above 110 is really pushing it abit far even by my standards especially if we get day after day in the teens.

My first time in Las Vegas July 2015 it was 117 degrees and I'm from upstate New York I absolutely loved it , that dry air really does make a different . Sat right out at the pool all day and when I got out of the water I was chilly at 117 degrees .

Don't know if my opinion would change if I lived there but I deff enjoyed it . It beats 90 and humid here with mosquitos and pop up storms

During that week spent outside in the one-hundred-teens temps the only time it kind of irritated me was when the winds blow. It's like opening a hot oven and my eyelashes singe. It reminded me of the stories I've read about the Santa Ana winds that are known to drive people crazy because the hot dry winds are blasting them constantly. I mean I like sitting right next to the fire but I wouldn't want the flames licking my face consistently.

It's like having a hair dryer on high heat blast you in the face. Windy and hot is as unpleasant as windy and cold to me.

What I hate most about Vegas summer is getting into my car on lunch break or at the end of the day. It's easily 140 degrees in there when the car has been baking in the sun all day.

I have 2 cars in my garage right now, so my daily is parked out in the sun. It's brutal getting into it in the day time. Leather seats and faux wood on the steering wheel.

That's when you end up with the Toyota ( or other model ) emblem branded onto your ass. Good times.

Toyotas are in the garage. Daily is an Infiniti. No logos on the seat, thankfully.
