Article in this AM RJ suggests that the Stadium Authority cannot take revenue from the Raiders or they would lose their tax exempt bond status. So it has to work other ways. Apparently this is simply the first proposal in a long negotiation.

So wait a while and see where it goes.

There's no state income tax in Nevada, so who cares?

This is a big problem. Local government that have been shilling hard for the stadium are making concerning statements. Commisioner Sisolak even said, "This is not a wrench in the wheel, the wheel fell off. This is an enormous setback in my opinion."
