He may have some gum/cologne on the counter, hoping you'll give him tips for his useless service. How do you know he doesn't clean the toilets? BECAUSE HE'S WEARING A SUIT!

Janitorial staff = The real workers who scrub the filth on a regular basis. Not dressed up. They are not there all the time, so you mistakenly think the attendant is the one doing the dirty work. How do you know they are the true workers? Because often they are actually doing the dirty work at the very same time the vested creeper is hitting you up for cash at the sinks.

Two separate jobs... separate people. Not the same thing.

Perhaps you misunderstood my post!

Let me explain it to you again.
I was referring to 2 attendants on my post. One that cleans and one that handles out cologne/towels in casino toilets. Not only in casino toilets but also in large clubs around town.

As far as the other attendant handing out towels/cologne..... Take the towel say thank you and leave a tip if you are generous. You can also decline the offer and move on!

I was referring to 2 attendants on my post. You want to call the employees porter, janitor, cleaning man, attendant.........I don't care but read my post again.

Absolutely! I yelled at one and was like: "Really? You can't wait until I'm done?" And he was like: "No SIR, I have to clean." I wanted to punch him in the face. Next time I'll just report him to management and they'll get a replacement from Honduras or wherever these cockroaches are coming from.

Okay, I'm gonna clarify something here.

My son is a porter at the TI. He tells me that working there is like walking on pins and needles as the least little complaint, those he works with get canned.

I NEVER go into Strip or Downtown casinos and am only aware of "local" ones. There is no question in my mind that porters and janitors working at the ones I patronize won't last 5 minutes if the Floor Boss gets a complaint about them.

Local joint don't generally have bathroom attendants. They have janitors/ porters. Two different positions. Think restaurant hostess vs . Busser / server. One does a valuable job.

If he is still working as a porter then he must have a lot of patience dealing with the pigs that come to the casinos. Disgusting really so I hope your son makes decent money doing his work.
