Ah comeon guys. It is Christmas and all. There is nothing particularly "ghetto" about that complex. It reflects the diversity of those who serve in the US Air Force.

The area has been reasonably characterized as one of lower socio-economic status that requires local knowledge to determine a reasonable location and, should, therefore be avoided by those who are not knowledgable locals. Why don't we leave it at that?

Merry Christmas...

LOL, in other words, it's a HUD complex.

Merry Christmas. Hope Santa brought you everything you wished for.

It is more than half air force. You think that makes it HUD?

Jim,I know that area over there. At least half is HUD.
But, HUD sneaks into some of the best neighborhoods as well. But don't tell the newbies to town about it. Shhhhh..

I was just speaking on the Walmart in the area. The same thing could be said about most Walmarts

Yes I know a lot of Air Force members live there. Like I said I'm one and I lived there for 5 years with no issues at all nor any complaints. It's nice, affordable starter place.

Eagle Trace is not all that bad......While visiting Vegas last weekend, I stayed at my friends apt in Eagle Trace. Seemed pretty decent. The Bath Tub was huge also......Very nice.

I think I saw maybe one Crack Head type person my entire 3 days there......lol
