What's a good site to look at apartments in the Las Vegas area. I need something that's cat friendly, has air conditioning and a garage, at the minimum. I'd prefer being somewhat close to UNLV since I'm most likely going to enroll there. Any help is appreciated.

Rent.com.....by the way, every apartment here has air conditioning. Finding one with a garage is going to be tough though.

That seems to be what I'm finding. The reason I need a garage is for a large tool box, and a few motorcycles, so that is a must for me.

instead of apt also look at condo or townhome rentals since they are more likely to come with garages.

There are several apartment complexes around the valley that come with a garage. But most of the time the garages are separate from the apartment. Check into those. And most places accept cats, just always say you have one. So that way the pet rent will be lower.

I would tell the leasing company that once your cat becomes a legal tenant. Then you will pay pet rent. Pet rent is just another scam to get extra rental $. Whats next furninture and television rent?
