According to the zip code maps, 89104 is entirely east of BH, and sits directly below 89011. 89102 is primarily west of BH.

Well, 89104 is not an area where I'd want to live. Even 89142 isn't all that great once you get to Sloan -- and past Sloan, well, that's where the cop cars congregate every night as I drive home. There's a shooting in that area at least once a week. Those apartment complexes simply are not safe.

Not my cup of tea, to say the least.

That was my thought, too, but as we explained to our friend, it's a nice house on a nice street in a bad neighborhood. He's a musician and only home to sleep anyway. I hope it works out for him.

The crime map is probably more important than the flood map. I owned in a yellow, and there were a few issues there; door kick-in invasions, grafitti, etc.....

89074 is my zip code. Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, shown as 89014 in the map above. Must be an older map before they redistricted..

This is what i like to hear. I used the search button for 89142 and didn't find the info i wanted. I beleive i did run into your thread. Right now i'm out of state and planned on going to turtle creek apartments in vegas on the henderson line although i'm going on a budget so keeping my options open for the cheapest places that are as decent as i can find. 89142 isn't an area that I really viewed the last time i was down in vegas. More specifically, i'm looking at apartments on on spyglass hill dr. Can someone be kind enough to let me know how that area is?

That map is hopelessly out of date. So old I have no idea where he found it.

The crime map has the zips roughly straight. As I have told Scoop before the real zips are more complicated but this is a reasonable representation of the basic shapes.
