I don't. Smokers are everywhere. That is why the ultimate solution is to have smoking banned from every place except from one's private home that is 100% detached.

So you agree it isn't really about the smell, the health hazards or anything else. You just want me to act like you.

How childish.

I don't think I could have conceived of a better social experiment then eCigs. For years anti-smokers have droned on about second hand smoke. They whined about how we were killing them. In the blink of an eye we invented something that removed every complaint they had (no smell, no carcinogenic compounds for them, or us, to inhale). But that wasn't good enough. It's all about control. Next will be food. You better eat the same way they do. Oh wait, it's already happening. Don't forget folks, we are all now in the same risk-pool insurance wise.

Speak for yourself.

Does the sight of a pencil make you gag?

There's never been any definitive study to link SECOND HAND smoke to any lung disease. It's a scam by the anti-smoking nazis.

I say this as a person who has never smoked in my life. Second hand smoke may be unpleasant, but there is no evidence it is dangerous.

The health effects of second hand smoke has scientific consensus. It is accepted by every major medical association. There are literally hundreds of peer reviewed studies published on the topic. I have no idea what you could consider definitive but this is as definitive as it gets. Even Philip Morris acknowledged second hand smoke is harmful.

The latest Gallup Poll shows that only 5% of Americans believe second hand smoke is not harmful. Apparently they'll always be some that believes in wild conspiracy theories regardless of evidence.

Nope. Some people don't seem to realize compared to the rest of the world, air quality in the US is extremely clean. Yes even in Los Angeles. Here's NASA satellite image on air quality worldwide:

NASA - New Map Offers a Global View of Health-Sapping Air Pollution

Air quality in the US also continues to improve every year despite higher population and more cars:

New York’s Air Is Cleanest in 50 Years, Survey Finds

Look toward Beijing and Shanghai if you want to see what real air pollution looks like and you'll thank the fact the EPA exists.

They were forced to do that as part of the ludicrous judgment against them in that frivolous lawsuit.
