Yes, I have interviewed every single person on the planet. I speak a lot of languages and I have a lot of free time!

Seriously, though, I have not heard anyone use that term for a long time. (going by internet, TV, speaking with friends, etc) Maybe a decade ago when they were "new" and it was still considered risque for a girl to have a tat, but tattoos are so mainstream they are usually now called something like "a lower back tattoo." Having a tattoo there (or anywhere) is no longer a way to brand someone a tramp.
That was my point.

Lower back tattoos = tramp stamp, or target as I like to say.

I probably have tattoos that are older than some of the people on here, but still, people go way overboard these days. Everyone from moms to DBs with their fauxhawk are rockin' tattoos. It's so mainstream now that it's passe. People with Tattoos are no longer the exception they're mainstream and followers.

However, I still like tatted women who smoke because they're easy. There are studies somewhere that prove that but I'm too lazy to find them.

It's from Wedding Crashers!

A friend once said "Not having a tattoo is the new tattoo"

What does DB stand for?

I've been told by many people that they do what they do to be different...I always ask them why they do it in the same way as everyone else then...

I always thought there would be big money in it for some enterprising tattoo artist/chemist who could come up with permanent (meaning won't fade over time), but easily eraseable tattoo ink. It would be erased by tattooing over the original tattoo with a chemical which would break down the tattoo ink (which was designed to be susceptable to this), but would be non-toxic.

That's a very good idea. Could you patent it without having the exact formulation of the ink and the reversal chemical? If so, you should.

Probably not, and I don't know if I could whip it up using my (now quite old and forgotten) high school chemistry.
