I forgot to mention all highrise properties are pet friendly, there are weight limits and the types of animals that are allowed. Most have doggy parks in their compounds. As far as children highrise properties don't offer any kid play area's sure they can use the pools and gyms more than likely they will have to be accompanied by an adult since the pools don't usually have life guards.

Is Panorama strict on the weight limits for dogs? I was told it's 50 pounds per dog, 2 dogs max in the HOA rules, but also told by several people that they see larger dogs there often. One of our dogs is about 45 pounds and the other 70ish. Does violating HOA rules incur a fine or possible eviction?

Can someone confirm if this is the dog park at Allure? I saw this on google satellite view but it's hard to tell if that's some type of grass or just a green painted roof:

That's the roof of the vehicular entrance with the guard shack sticking out on the far right side. The doggie patches are on the East side of the building.
