I'm a cook, remember? Things are down down down in the fine dining scene. The fact that any yob can get a table at Joel Robuchon speaks VOLUMES about the dining scene in Las Vegas.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that a non-whale like me can get a table. Just that these are "interesting times" as the Chinese would say.
