Otherwise, I again suggest you have a problem with the data only because it shows your wrong and you were unable to find it.
See the wiggle? No numbers. Just more words why his inability is my fault..

It is kind of neat to watch is it not?

Oh, the numbers are there. You just want to ignore them because they show you're wrong. Nothing new there.

When you said Vegas was not in the bottom 3 of any of the maps, I thought you meant any of the maps, not just GMP. There are maps associated with all 5 areas of economic activity indicated in my previous post - employment, unemployment, GMP, housing prices, and REOs. Vegas is in the bottom 3 in 2 of those 5 sets of maps. It should have been pretty clear from the very first link I provided that Vegas was not in the bottom 3 of GMP performance from the peak through Q1 2011. Vegas was ranked 97 which made it the fourth worse performer during that time. More importantly, as I previously noted, Vegas ranked 95 or worse in 8 of 15 indicators of economic performance. By way of comparison, Detroit ranked 95 or worse in 4 of 15 of the indicators, including the second worse GMP performance.

Wiggle wiggle.

Not the change in GMP Tony. The GDP or the GMP in a format that allows it to be compared to GDP.

I was able to click on those links and extract the data. Tony is spot on.

The Vegas job market is still suffering. Vegas needs to diversify. Tourism and construction will continue to be in trouble for a while longer.

Re: housing: Compare these three graphs. Who is doing better?

PHOENIX??

Or Riverside??

Or Vegas??

The inventory is falling a lot in Phoenix and RISING (a lot) in Vegas. It is currently stable in Riverside. See RIVERSIDE, CA Real Estate Market Report for July 31 2011 and plug in your city of choice. It looks like some RE expert / predictor on C-D missed the "bottom".
