It's Walker Zanger - and they do mention them a bunch, so I'm sure they're getting a deal in exchange for advertising. Here:

Walker Zanger

Prediction: in a future show, Scott keeps the installer working through the night to get something installed at the last minute before the open house. Nahhh, that would never happen.

It could if you had a tv show and constantly gave them free advertising.

Default Andrew

I swear I have seen this guy on another show. Is he an actor? Was he on the show about a party planner in Las Vegas several years ago?

I watched part of the mini-marathon of this show last night. My favorite was the home with the alleged ghost. I did find the wife to be really annoying and a bad actress. I thought it rather crass that she took a chainsaw to a perfectly nice banister and ended up costing her husband thousands more to replace it.

Yeah, the show is obviously staged - but that's par for the course with these shows. Much of the drama between husband and wife is scripted. And, the short time lines they are under are meant to create drama as well. There's no logical reason for some of the forced schedules - particularly when you consider they're the ones setting the schedules.

I also can not seem to get enough of this show... I wish Scott wouldn't yell so much, that's not necessary for business... but it's a great show. I wonder why they don't use Del Grasso?

This show is like a train wreck.. one you can't turn away from. Agree that Scott's yelling gets old, but Amie always sounds sick. Not sure which annoys me more. And the time lines... other shows of this nature (Flip this House, Property Ladder) make it clear that the flip was financed, so getting it renovated and sold before one or more mortgage payments is made makes sense. I never hear Scott talk about that, so it sounds like he's paying cash. Unless he's floating checks, why does he need to get these redone and sold in a matter of days???

I'm glad this show came back for another season.
It's GOTTA be good for Vegas.
Even if he's a cook and viewers can almost predict every scene.

Isn't he breaking the law when he takes out his side arm 'clears' a house?

I hate this show. I dont know why AE thinks we wouldnt enjoy a show that just shows a housing renovation and what the cool trends are, etc. Why the fake drama and things that are so obviously set up. I dont even believe that scott and amy or married. They never show any sort of compassion for each other at all.
