Its going to be my wife and I first time in Las Vegas. Just had some friends come back and it was their first time and they said it was like nothing here in Miami. Hotels are bigger, more stuff to do, etc.... I am going up on Thursday and leaving Monday. Planning on going to the UFC fight at the Mandalay Bay if I can score some tickets. I have seen a lot on Craigs List but dont really know what is real and fake. If not I am looking for somewhere I can watch the fight. We are planning on staying at the MGM Grand to save some money. Really liked the Mandalay Bay, Venetian, and Bellagio but for our first time couldnt justify the extra money. We plan on seeing 'O' and 'Zumanity' as our shows. Really liked the reviews on the Charlie Palmer, Craftsteak at MGM, The Steakhouse at Circus-Circus, Paris Paris and Bellagio buffets, Mon Ami Gabi at Paris, and Del Friscos. Also where can I find all the coupons that I keep hearing about? Anything else I should check out? Maybe some of what I have researched is not so good. I appreciate the help!

Congratulations. If we had a prize for having your stuff together you'd be the winner. It sounds like you did your research and have it all worked out perfectly. I wouldn't change a thing. Do what's on your list and you'll have a great time. I don't pay attention to coupons. It's one of those things that become so common you just blot them out. But maybe somebody here can help you with that. There might be a website now. They used to just hand them out to tourists everywhere you went and the town would be littered with them. The panhandlers lived off of them. Now if they're still around I don't even see them. Maybe I'd better start paying attention.

Try the American Casino Guide and the Las vegas Advisor. Both are filled with coupons and valuable information.

I especially like the Advisor - Anthony Curtis' Las Vegas Advisor - Home: Las Vegas, Las Vegas Hotels, Las Vegas Coupons The $50 Palms coupon makes it worthwhile by itself.

Here's one more link with some decent discounts - Las Vegas Hotel Promotional Codes Hotels Las Vegas Coupons

Smart move. Unless it's a real special occasion, there is no need to spend extra money. Since it's your first visit, you most likely won't be spending much time in the room other than to sleep. Besides, MGM is a real nice hotel.

If you intend to spend time at the pool, spend the extra $$ and stay at Mandalay Bay!

OP...little trick...if you search on eBay by typing in 'Las Vegas coupons' in the search box, you'll be amazed how many people are selling their unused coupons.
