The thing nobody bothers to realize is. You can apply the same principles to your bank roll and winnings like the pit will do to minimize table losses. It’s all about money management and the strength to walk at the right time. The house has a slight advantage on the odds but has a great advantage psychologically. Get past the psychological aspect and your almost home. Small betting grinders and fleas are not a risk to the casino. When your wagers become large enough to hurt the table drop. You will be cut off. End of story. I have put together a small fortune by taking it a little at a time. It accumulates over the years.
If you like to gamble for the highs and the bitter sweet taste of money won is twice as sweet and money earned. You may want to read some books by Dostoevsky. He wrote much about the highs and lows of being a degenerate gambler

While Phil Mason was being a pompous @ss. He is correct. If your CC has a pin # and cash advance available. Then it’s just a ATM sur charge plus whatever charges the CC company tacks on your statement. If your using the Global Cash system in the hotel. That’s when you’re getting hit with the % of total cash advance. The reason people use global cash. Cash advance balance on the card is used up so the cash advance shows up as credit charge.

At the cosmopolitan, the charge as an ATM is $9 up to $100. $12.25 at the next stage. For cash advance $100 is 14.25 etc

Thats funny since I withdrew cash from an ATM at that property last week and was only charged $2.50 for $400.

Unless you are playing poker with the $10,000, don't even bother. If you are good at poker you have a reasonable chance to make some money. On the other games, forget about it. The percentages over time, are not there. Good luck to you!

That depends on what you consider a resonable amount of money. $50 and $75 wins per day can add up to some money over time for a 1/2 hour or hour of your time per day.

What are you playing to consistently win these amounts each day?

I started out with a $10,000 bankroll and turned it into $116,000 in just under 5 weeks sports betting. It can be done if you do your homework...

Dice and BJ. I have no system. I just walk when I have won 1/2 my buy in or lost 2/3 of my buy in. When I hit 1/2 winnings. My original wagers stay up untill they are lost. Additional winnings from them are just extra gravy for the day. Somedays I play bigger when I know I have the advantage. I just keep the play under the radar to avoid dectection from the pit and sky.

If you're winning, you're on their radar... automatic. If you have a run and you're consistently catching hands they will disrupt your play. It's their job and they do it with impunity. It's not worth the aggravation sucking down secondhand smoke and watered down liquor.

I can bet sports from my home using my phone, once a week(or two) I go to the Casino Sportsbook and pick up my dividend. I feel sorry for those poor poker smucks, hours and hours staring at cards. When they're done I bet their rearend feels like someone took a blowtorch to it.
