Just curious...Why do you keep asking the same question and opening a new thread each time you do?

I have hopes that someone new will come upon my question. Some people do not always look past page one or two.
I'm thinking of buying at that complex, and would like to hear more
about it!!

You can ask the same question in your original thread which will bump it to the top.

What is it you would like to know?

This is a late apartment house converted to condo. It is quite high density. That is bad. It is reasonably new. That is good.

Less than 30% are owner occupied so it is an investor play. Likely never be possible to finance there. So never owner occupied favorable.

Crime statistics should be good now and for the short term future. Then we see depending on what gets built around it.

For an investor buy go for the yield.

What do you mean by high density?

Too many units...too little green areas. Walk it. You will get the idea.

Large buildings closely spaced separated by little but parking lot.

Typical 2004 apartment complex.

Is anyone aware of any condo complexes that are all owner occupied?

I don't think an all owner occupied condo complex exists. We were misled when we moved to our townhome complex and were told by the builders that they would be all owner occupied. Not true. If you can find an all owner occupied condo or townhome community, I'd like to see that. Hopefully in a good area.
