What can you tell me about this complex? Would you live there?

Is this the complex on the east side of town by Flamingo and Pecos? If so I looked at these when they did the condo conversion. They are ok. The area is a little questionable I'd say.

Coronado Palms in Spring Valley is a condo conversion, near the beltway. Decent place in a decent area of Spring Valley. I have seen the units a few years ago, not bad at all but that was like 4 years ago.

LOL

Do you get some sort of royalties every time you type the words Spring Valley?

We can always count on on you to chime in whenever anyone asks about a property that lies within the official (but mostly unknown) boundary of Spring Valley.

I believe that if you asked 1000 people whether a condo located south of the Beltway and west of Buffalo was in Spring Valley, you'd be the lone person who answered in the affirmative.

And yes, I realize that you would also be the only person who would be correct.

I'd choose Rosey Palms over Coronado Palms...but that's just me.

You need to get some new material; you've already used that joke on this board.

Default Hairy Palms

If JFK keeps playing with rosey palms he may end up with Hairy palms.

Pride of place and area of residence.
